Each day of a personal retreat includes an Ayurvedic bodywork session, yoga and meditation instruction, wholesome Ayurvedic meals and cooking demonstrations. You will learn how to transform stress into vitality develop skills to maintain a healthy lifestyle in everyday life. You can stay with us from 3 to 10 days in our spacious and tranquil 4 star accommodation and be assured that we will cater to your individual needs.
Ayurveda and Yoga Retreats
We offer weekend retreats in which you can relax and renew your life-force with a dynamic combination of Ayurvedic Massage, Polarity Therapy, Yoga and Ayurvedic food and fresh juices. You will learn the principles of how to balance your life-energy through yoga, pranayama, and a healthy diet.
Cleansing Retreats
We all need to cleanse our body and mind from time to time. Our detox programme will renew your energy and make you feel light and vibrant. It is also a great way to lose weight. The retreat includes fresh vegetable and fruit juices, wheat grass juice and sprouts. We provide Ayurvedic massage, one to one yoga and meditation sessions. The infrared sauna assists in the purification process and you can rest in the tranquillity of our ancient forest. We always tailor the retreats to individual needs and we provide a nurturing environment to assist you in your process. We run a range of workshops throughout the year including Kundalini Yoga, Tai-Chi/Chi-Kung, Living Foods, Ayurveda, Polarity Therapy.. We also have workshops in Bushcraft, Wildcrafting, Green Woodworking and often have sweat lodges and campfires under the stars. And there is always time for an outdoor hot-tub!

A Day of Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga – A Dynamic Practice for Body, Mind and Spirit Regular practice of Kundalini Yoga will: Improve your health and mental outlook, Give you more energy, Help reduce stress, Elevate your consciousness. Kundalini Yoga contains the inner teachings of Hatha Yoga. The combination of breathing techniques, stretching postures, relaxation, and meditation clears the energy channels so as to bring calm and balance to the mind and promote healing.
Polarity Reflexology
Polarity Reflexology (3 days) teaches you how to work not only on reflex points on the feet and hands, but also how to trace and release energy blocks throughout the whole body by following specific patterns of energy through their positive, negative and neutral phases. Rex Beynon M.A., R.P.P., has practised and taught Kundalini Yoga for the past 25 years, under the guidance of Yogi Bhajan. He has completed several teacher training programmes in the U.S.A. where he lived for 18 years, and also brings to his teaching the experience gained from years of study with Tibetan and Taoist yoga masters. He is also a practitioner and teacher of Polarity Therapy.
