Travelling by Car: (Directions from the East)
Take the M4 West and turn off at the 1st Swansea/Abertawe exit (JCT 42). Keep going along the dual carriageway until you come to a bridge over the river Tawe. Turn left on the other side of the river and you will go between Sainsbury’s on your left and ToysRUs on the right. Follow this road with the sea on your left until you pass the University on your right and then take the next right turn at the traffic lights. You will go up a hill with the hospital on your right. Turn right at the roundabout and keep going up the hill until you reach a T-junction and turn left towards Gower. Keep going for a couple of miles past one roundabout until you reach the second roundabout. This is Killay square. You will see the Black Boy pub on your right and then a church on the right of the roundabout. Turn left at the roundabout and keep going through Upper Killay until you go over a cattle grid and come out into open country on Fairwood Common. Take the next right turn onto the North Gower road (B4271) towards Llanrhidian and drive about 2 miles on this road. You will see a grey pole and a white rock saying Bryncoch. Slow down and turn right here. We are a couple of hundred yards down the track.
Travelling by Car: (Directions from the West)
Take the M4 to junction 47 and then follow the signs towards Swansea. At the next roundabout turn right and head towards Gorseinon. Turn left at the second roundabout towards Gowerton. Turn right at the lights after going under the railway bridge. Follow this road in the direction of Penclawdd and then turn left at the sign which says Wern/Three Crosses. This is a narrow lane called Cefnstylle. This will take you to Three Crosses. After the Poundffald Inn you keep going straight ahead on Tirmynydd Rd. until you reach a T-juntion on Fairwood Common. Turn right here and we are about a mile and a half down this road on the right. You will see a grey pole and a white rock saying Bryncoch. Slow down and turn right here. We are a couple of hundred yards down the track.
Travelling via Public Transport:
From London it’s just three hours by train to Wales, plus a 20-minute taxi ride to Seren Retreat. The nearest airport is an hour away.
