Your personalised Ayurvedic yoga and meditation retreat can be booked for between 3 and 7 nights. You will be staying at our 4-star residential retreat centre in spacious en-suite accommodation. Retreats begin with a lifestyle evaluation and each day includes:

Food is based on a fusion of Ayurvedic, Macrobiotic, Naturopathic, Live/Raw, Seasonal, Organic, as much as possible from our garden and made with love.
Kundalini Yoga taught by Rex who studied with Yogi Bajan since 1974 as well as with many Tibetan masters.
Longer stays (5-7 nights) provide the most cumulative transformative effects of the Ayurvedic rejuvenation programme. Each day you will enjoy the wonderful relaxing effects of Ayurvedic Massage and Polarity Therapy. The gentle yoga and meditative breathing practices will strengthen your nervous system and enable you to calm and centre your mind. Your body will be nourished and cleansed by the delicious vegetarian Ayurvedic cooking. You will come away with the skills and inspiration to maintain your new healthy lifestyle.
