For Personal Retreats, Polarity Therapy, B&B and Group Bookings
Bookings and Payments:
A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation. We accept most debit/credit cards. You can also make a bank transfer. Please call us on 01792 371421. We do not accept cheques. Full payment is required one month before your visit.
Cancellations and Refunds:
We understand that sometimes plans change. We will do our best to re-schedule you to another slot within the same time period.
If you need to cancel, we will refund ½ your deposit (25%) up to 8 weeks before.
After that, the deposit is non refundable. If you cancel after full payment is received, (4 weeks), we will do our best to find you another spot, but no refunds will be given. Discounts do not apply in high season – mid-July to the end of August.
